Founded on a simple belief
Chedi Legal was established in Nakhon Ratchasima to fill a gap that its founding practitioners had noticed over years of legal work: people facing pension questions often didn't know where to turn. The process seemed opaque, and those who reached out to legal offices frequently found the experience more confusing than helpful.
The practice was built differently from the start. Rather than broad general practice, we focused specifically on pension matters — the intricacies of fund structures, contribution disputes, benefit calculations, and the formal steps required to challenge or clarify a pension position. This focus has allowed us to develop real depth in a field that most clients find genuinely difficult to navigate.
